Boomstick Outdoors LLC complies fully with all applicable federal, state, and local firearm laws, including the Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA), the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) regulations.
By placing an order for any firearm or regulated item, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy and acknowledge full responsibility for compliance with all laws applicable to your location.
Certain items sold by Boomstick Outdoors are federally regulated and must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for legal transfer to the purchaser. These items include:
Items that do NOT require an FFL: Most accessories, optics, magazines, chassis systems, scope mounts, cleaning supplies, and apparel ship directly to you via standard carriers.

Some states impose higher age minimums. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your state. By placing an order, you certify under penalty of law that you meet all applicable age requirements.
Our website also requires age verification (18+) for all visitors due to the nature of the products we sell.
Due to state-specific firearm and accessory laws, we are unable to ship certain items to the following jurisdictions. This list is not exhaustive and may change as laws evolve. Restrictions may apply to specific products (e.g., standard-capacity magazines, certain rifle configurations, suppressors).
Suppressors / NFA items: We do not currently ship NFA-regulated items. Suppressors are prohibited in CA, DC, DE, HI, IL, IA, MA, MN, NJ, NY, RI, WA, and others. Check your state laws.
If you place an order for an item prohibited in your state, we will cancel the order and refund your payment. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your state, county, and municipality.
We do not ship firearms or regulated items internationally. Export of firearms and related items is regulated by the U.S. Department of State and Department of Commerce and requires an export license that we do not hold.
Under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) and (n), certain persons are prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms and ammunition. You certify that you are NOT any of the following:
The NICS background check conducted by the receiving FFL dealer will verify your eligibility.
It is a federal crime (18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6)) to purchase a firearm on behalf of another person (a “straw purchase”). You certify that the firearm you are purchasing is for your own use, as a gift to another eligible person, or for a lawful private transfer permitted by federal and state law. Violations are punishable by up to 10 years in federal prison.
Due to federal regulations, firearms that have been transferred through an FFL cannot be returned to Boomstick Outdoors directly. If there is a defect or issue with your firearm after transfer:
